Windows Help Center won't turn off

In Corel Draw no matter what I click the Windows Help Center pops up and says
it can't help me. I can't work in the program at all. Every time I click
anything it opens back up. It started after I clicked on help one time and I
can't find how to just shut it off so I can work! I imagine it's something to
do with Corel Help and Windows Vista. I want to just disable the help screen.

I don't have Corel Draw. so I may not be clear on this. Does Corel have its
own Help window? And Windows Help and Support is another window? When
running Corel Draw, what happens if you right-click on your Desktop taskbar,
open Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, right-click on HelpPane.exe, and
choose End Process?
