Windows Explorer shortcut on desktop not responding due to virus?

My anti-virus software found the following virus on my pc (worm_opaserv.a)
and put it in quarantine, however the windows explorer shortcuts is not
working, not the one on the taskbar nor the on on the desktop. I can't even
restart or shut down the machine. When I press Ctrl Alt + Del it shuts down
but comes up with a message that it cannot find ScrSvr.exe ? I know this is
something the virus put in the registry but I do not know how to fix the
problem.
What am I suppose to do?

To stop the error message you can delete the string value for 'ScrSvr.exe'
from;

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

For the other issues.
