windows explorer keeps crashing

since installing service pack 2 my windows explorer keeps crashing on me..
sometimes it doesnt but most of the time ill be browsing through my folders
and then it just freezes.. i have to ctrl+alt+delete to shut it down and then
open it back up again.. it is really starting to get annoying since it was
working fine b4.. sometimes i get this error message about dr.watson... can
anybody help me?

Please .. this very question is why i came on here. microsoft adressed the
issue in a support article, but when I follow the directions to edit the
registy the part that needed to edited wasnt there. Does anyone have an
idea (or know of a link) that can help me with this. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!

i am having the same problem on 4 totally diferent computers. i've eve
reinstalled windows but after sp2 is applied windows explorer and d
watson totally are useless.
