Explorer keeps crashing...HELP

R

Ronald Reitch LMT

For some strange reason explorer keeps crashing when browsing file
directories on of my drives. I've done a disk scan/fix but it still
persists. I ran a virus check and the AVS reported no known viruses
located. I've done a mem test and also mem test reported no faults
with the memory. I've scanned all disk for errors and none found
So, as of now I cant access some of my files without explorer
crashing.

Any logs to help you see what's happening please tell me where they
are kept and I'll post it here

TIA

I'm using XP PRO

Check the Event Viewer for some clues. Event Viewer can be found in the
Administrative Tools folder located in the Control Panel. Once located then
post Event ID, Event Source, description of the event, and the symptoms of
your problem.
