please help me
i get the following message whenever i use explorer.exe " windows explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close"
the details are as follow:
appname: explorer.exe
version: 6.0.2900.2180
faulting module: mpeg2dmx.ax
version: 2.0.84.30429
fault address: 0x0000dffs

mpeg2dmx.ax is part of elecard mpeg2 demulticomplexor and is located in
windows\system32

Try uninstalling the elecard software and then reinstalling it (if you
need it) after a reboot. If that does not resolve the issue then you
probably need to refer this issue to the software manufacturer.
