Windows Cookie folder usage

K

knarey

'Ello,

For some reason IE6 has started using a 'cookies' folder in a 'temp'
folder within 'Local Settings' instead of the <user>/cookies folder.
That means that the cookies in the <user>/cookies folder are now
stranded ie are not being pointed to from the TIF viewer.
Obviously it makes no sense to copy and paste cookies into other
referenced cookie folders as they need to pointed to by the TIF.

If anyone knows why this happens or can shed light on how to re-hook up
my <user>/cookies cookies (all old ones that I always need) then I'd be
eternally grateful.

Kind regards

Kevin
