Windows cannot unload your registry file

Hello All,

I, have a problem after apply Windows 2000 SP4, my event
viewer log, is very errors logs, but i dont use roaming
profile.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 7/22/2003
Time: 1:36:52 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer:
Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

I have written a freeware service which takes care of userenv/1000 events
where the error is access is denied regardless of the reason. If you are
interested contact me.
