windows cannot find c:windows\Nail.exe

what is nail.exe.? everytime windows reboots I get this error message saying
" windown cannot find c:windows\Nail.exe. Make sure you typed name correctly,
and try again. Or perform search for....etc" Ive tried seraching for Nail.exe
but to no avail. Everything is running fine but annoying on restarts when the
warning message appears. What is it and how and do I want to get rid of it.

Start > Run > msconfig
In the Startup tab, uncheck the entry for nail.exe but first view its path
in "Command" column and ensure that this is not a program you want.

Your machine is/was infected with Trojan.Win32.Stervis.b, do a goole
search on nail.exe to find methods of removal then install or update
your antivrus and antispyware software.
