"Windows cannot connect to the domain, either because the
domain controller is down or otherwise unavailable, or
because your computer account was not found."

This is on a Windows 2003 server and is happening on one
of 2 machines. I can logon to the local machine and
through "My network Places" get to the file shares on the
server and then it will recognise the username and PW. is
this a local security issue or a policy issue. The other
machine operates just fine and as far as I can tell both
machines have the same settings. HELP
