Domain Network Refresh

B

Bikram

we are having a Active Directory based network on windows 2003

many users can not use internet or access LAN, shared drives and printers,
even they are not accessible from domain controller nor remote desktop can be
used until the repair their network connection action is performed,

here are the details

1) Server 2003 SP1 (AD)
2) DHCP enabled
3) traffic goes through ISA 2000
4) Clients are Windows XP Pro SP2 (domain user account is restricted user
account on local machine not administrator of local machine)

is there any policy settings which can do a network refresh or repair on
whole domain on regular bases

or some method, script or batch file to do so

as some user have restricted account on local computer to prevent
Installation of new softwares and changing certain settings, so they are not
able to repair network settings. they have to either do a logoff or reboot
for the internet to work or share LAN shared drivers.

please someone help me as this is drawing me nuts every morning when users
starts their pc's in the morning and i have to run to their desks

please help

Thanx
Bikram
