Windows can perform the slected action...

When I insert a DVD, the "Windows can perform the selected action..."
window appears - I want to add more options to the list there, i.e
kick off some other applications.

Does anyone know how I can add an application to my list of options in
this window? I though it would be in Windows Explorer, Folder Options,
File Types...but no...?

Any suggestions?
