I'm having a problem with 98 accessing the XP machines.
When I open Network Neighboorhood, I don't see any of the
XP machines. In fact, it is blank and when I click on
Entire Network, I get an error to look at the Network
Troublshooter in the Help and not accessible error.
I have enabled NetBIOS over TCP/IP and there are no
firewalls installed on the 98 machine. The only way the
98 machine can access the other machines is by clicking
Start, Run, and typing the <ip address> of the computers
on the network. I have read some of the posts in the
newsgroups and I'm having nothing but trouble.
Any ideas?
