Windows 7 mouse problem

I have win7 installed on a virtual drive with a dual boot configuration. In
windows Vista, there is an icon in the system tray that lets me turn off the
"tap to click" option on my laptop mouse. I have searched Win7, (change
mouse options, etc.), but cannot find a way to turn the "tap to click"
option off, nor is there an icon in the system tray !?! Does anyone know how
I can turn it off? The "tap" option drives me CRAZY, and I hate it!! HELP.
