Windows 2003 Standard Edition VS R2 Standard Edition

Is there any difference between Windows 2003 Standard Edition and Windows
2003 R2 Standard Edition? Thanks.

Win 2k3 R2 has some feature updates on disk 2. The first CD of the R2 set
is the Win 2k3 Sp1. You can actually just install the first CD and you will
have a Win 2k3 SP 1 server.

If you don't need the updated features just install CD 1. The only
difference between the 2 is the updated features.
