windows 2003 IE Homepage gets reset

Whenever i Remote desktop into my Windows 2003 computer, the IE
default home page gets reset to about:blank. This is really annoying.
How can i prevent this. This problem appears to be specific to
windows 2003, it doesn't happen when i term service into a windows
2000 server.

If it is being reset every time you logon, then check your
group polciies. The policies may be resetting the
homepage registry entry upoon logon.
