IE Homepage keeps resetting

I'm trying to change my homepage but it always resets to the default
homepage, which I hate. I don't have anything that I know of locking the
homepage to the default or anything like that. It's an almost clean install
of windows, just windows, zonealarm, and updated drivers.
I can change it in the controll pannel but the change doesn't stay where I
put it. As soon as I open the IE or click on the home button, it's changed
back to default. Any ideas?
