Windows 2000 Server- Service Pack 4 error

When trying to do the SP4 update on one of our servers,
it will complete the download part, but once it moves on
to the installation, I get the following error:
Service Pack 4 Setup Error
The following error occurred while Service Pack 4 setup
attempted to download the Service Pack 4 files from the
internet:
The server did not respond. Retry or Cancel

I have tried twice to complete the update, and have
gotten the same error both times.

I am having the same issue, and can't find anything in the
Knowledge Base to correct... suggestions?

Could your problem have anything to do with your internet
security setting eg javascript enabled, cookies, Active X
Controls? DAG
