Windows 2000 reports wrong number of CPUs and wrong speed

Msinfo32 reports 4 PIII 1800 Mghz processors. The server
actually has 2 Xeon 2.4 Ghz processors. When I do a task
manager and look at the performance tab, I see four
graphs for the processors. The properties on My Computer
list the correct processor properties. How do I fix this.

They will be HyperThread processors which allow them to perform 2 tasks
simultaneously , hence the double display in task manager.
