Window named "gcasDtServHolder" appears

Window named "gcasDtServHolder" appears when MSAS is
starting. How to set application to skip this window?
I´ve tried to install MSAS on another PC, there is
running without asking me what to do..

What's different? Does the machine showing the window have multi-monitor,
or perhaps a desktop extender provided by the video vendor installed--or
maybe a Microsoft Power toy?

This is supposed to be a hidden window--but it appears under a variety of
circumstances. It's a bug.
