Sometimes when windows loads i get this dialogBox/window with overlapping
buttons caller gcasDTServHolder

has 3 target signs

And 5 Buttons:

systrayhide
systrayshow
systraynormal
systrayscanning
systrayupdating

anyone else seen this


After pushing the different buttons my "Target" icon disapeared from the
system tray
Even if I push the "systrayshow" button the nextime I see the dialog box it
only stays there untill i click the x
to close out of gcasServHolder dialog box

This is a window which is supposed to be hidden, but isn't under some
circumstances. Nothing to
worry about. Should be fixed by beta 2.

Yes, I have seen this. In my case the window would stay there forever. I
couldn't close it without MSAS closing also. Then I could restart MSAS.

After a lot of testing I found that Winfax Pro 10.02 was interfering with
MSAS. As I don't receive faxes often, I disabled the two startup items using
msconfig. I also set the Winfax Pro service to manual start. This did not
impact using Winfax at all. If I know I am going to receive a fax I just
open the winfax program and allow it to run minimized until the fax has been
received. Then I close the program again, along with the Winfax Controller.
