Win32 Application

I have a virus on my computer called the BlasterWorm. My
virus software keeps deleting it, yet it is still there. I have
been able to download the patch for this particular worm,
and when it goes to extract it gives me this message:

xpsp1hfm.exe is not a valid win32 application

Can somebody please help me here, I have done everything
possible to rid myself of this bug and it just won't go away!!

I had the same Virus and contacted a representative
at "Cert.org" at 1-412-268-7090 and they were very
helpful in giving me verbal instructions to clean the W32
Blaster Worm from my pc. I also downloaded the patch and
got the same message about win32 not being a valid
application but when I searched my files, the msblast.exe
file, the virus file, is gone. My pc has been
functioning properly and I think I have succeeded in
cleaning it from my pc. If you call that number I am
sure they can be of assistance.
