MS Live OneCare-How to remove Win32/Nuwar.JU virus?

I have Microsoft Live OneCare virus protection software on my laptop. I
somehow got the Win32/Nuwar.JU worm/virus on my computer, as alerted by Live
OneCare, but it fails to remove the virus. It seems to stop the virus from
its downloading and e-mail activities, but it hasn't removed the virus from
the computer. The virus is apparently a rootkit bug, which I know is
difficult to clean out. The Live OneCare help site is not a help, as it
simply describes the bug, but doesn't say how to clean it off the computer.
Any ideas on how to get rid of the Win32/Nuwar.JU virus? It's also known as
the Win32/Cutwait virus elsewhere.

Many thanks!
Max

After you clean your system , d/l Avast free , which will alert ( by
