Hi SkippyJo,

Without knowing more, I would suggest a few basics.

Does this happen on all movies from various sources or just from one source?
Does the movie play in the media player?

Make sure that you are up to date on all windows and office Updates & SP's.
Make sure that your video driver is up to date via the card manufacturer's
website
Make sure your DirectX is current

This should get you started, post back with the results.

Thanks for your reply Bill

It seems to be happening with all movies. They are from the Kodak software,
taken on digital camera. Do they need to be in Movie player format?

What is DirectX?

Look forward to your reply...
