Who should run File and Settings Transfer Wizard

I need to reimage a PC. The user needs to save their Office settings so I
plan to run the File and Settings Transfer Wizard. My question is do I need
to run the wizard as each user that uses the PC, or, if I run it using an
administrator privilege account, will it save and restore the settings for
all users? If the latter, do I need to have each user log onto the PC before
running the restore wizard so that their profile exists?

With the FTW each user would create thier own data to save,run the FTW
from xp cd,select data to save,save to new folder you created,once its thru,
move to cd or similiar.The FTW makes for a great user back-up..Also,microsoft
has one or two utilities that are similiar to FTW,but maybe can do more....
