Who can give me a Sandisk CF fixed disk utility atcfwchg.com

T

Tanknet

Hi,everyone,
I need a sandisk CF fixed disk utility atcfwchg.com or ndcfwchg.com, I
don't know which one should be used on my Sandisk CF card(1GB/80x). I
tried to contact Sandisk for the tool twice, but in the first time they
said they didn't know, this time they havenn't response for a long
period.

Anyone who have this executeable, would you please send one to me? Thank you very much if so. I want to use a CF card
to substitude the harddisk, but after GHOST (disk to disk) it can not
boot up, and I don't want to rebuild the system.

Hi Tanknet

We had to sign a NDA and a SLA to get the tools.
The name of the responsible person there was Lam Du-Thong.
But this is now some years ago...

I will send you a e-mail with the phone number from this person.

Martin,

Could I trouble you to forward me that phone number as well? I'm also in
need of this utility and the odds of a randomly-selected SANDisk tech support
person knowing what it is are pretty slim it seems.

Hello,

I also need this tool, but for a Transcend CF-Card, has anyone tried it,
or can anyone send it by mail to (e-mail address removed)

Thanks a lot

Transcend sell most (if not all) of the CF line as either removable or
fixed, you just need to order the correct part number from you supplier.

Stuart

I nearly went nuts trying to find software that either enables mass storage mode or marks a cf card as fixed. I was using a Sandisk CF card. Eventually I went and bought a Transcend cf card and the problem was resolved instantly with no user intervention.

It appears that Transcend cards support mass storage mode while Sandisk cards do not.

Hope that helps.
