Which QFE do I have to install?

Hello All.

I installed the Windows XP SP2 Target Designer, Component Designer and
Component Database Manager.
I've heard about that I have to install some QFEs on my developping system.
But I don't know which QFE should be installed on my developping system.
Where can I download the QFE files and which QFE file do I start from?

Looks like MS is create a roll up package for each new security update each
month. You should only have to dwonload and install the latest update, which
I belive is the Feb 2006 Update.
