Where to get Microsoft VM?

According to the MS knowledgebase, if MS VM did not come
on my XP disk, I have to download it from an independent
(not MS) source. Does anyone know where I can get this?

A previous response referred me to a Java website. I
assume Java VM is different from MS VM? I have Java
already installed.

The previous response also said to get the latest XP
service pack. But as I said above and in my original
question, I don't think that will help. The SP can only
upgrade an existing install of MS VM (which I don't have.

So does anyone know where to find an initial install of
Microsoft VM?

Thank you in advance

Thanks, it worked. I installed the old version of VM,
then 'Windows Update" saw the old version and upgraded
it. Thanks again
