Where is the Most Frequently Used programs list for the start menu held?

Hi all ... different tack

I would like to pre-set the Default Profile with a blank Most Frequently
Used (MFU) program list.

Where is the MFU program list for the start menu held? I know you can clear
it manually, but is the list in the registry or in a file somewhere? Or
where is the microsoft default list held that a new user is first presented
with?

Any help? ...

From what little I know, the MFU list is built dynamically as programs are
used. I don't believe there is a table somewhere in memory or on disk which
contains a "default list" of programs placed in the MFU list.
