What is inet delivery

Hello everyone,
I keep getting a pop-up from Norton saying the intdel_2.exe is trying to
access the internet, and Norton is trying to block it. When I try to delete,
it says that can not delete because it is active. It's on the c: drive
/Program Files/Inet Delivery in that folder are two files one is intdel.exe
and the other is intdel_2.exe.
This just started this a couple of days ago. Do I need to keep it?? If not
how do I get rid of it??? Where did it come from??? Is this part of my OS??
I am using XP Pro with all the up-grades.

Do this:

Go to Google.com, and SEARCH for "inet delivery."

Download and install Ad-Aware from any of the URLs given below:

To erase the spyware programs from loading from your system, download and
install a third party utility called Ad-aware from any of the URLs given
