deleting temp inet files

Hey all, I am running winxp pro with SP2 and I have my Temp Inet folder set
at 5MB, but when I right clicked the folder it says that I currently have
812MB. I tried deleting all the files from Win Explorer but it still says
that I have 812MB. I have the setting "show hidden files and folders" on,
under the folder option menu. I know there is a file folder called Content
IE5, and I am sure there is a lot of stuff in there, but why is it not
showing up?

Also why is the temp inet files storing 812MB when I only specified 5MB?
