What is causing these symbols to show in my signature?

I have 2 different signatures and when I use the signature button to chose
the signature I want I get these symbols on line before my signature starts.
I cannot find the cause. Anyone else experince this?

You are not the only one. Do a search of Signature Characters and you will
find a couple of others with the same problem. I have had this problem for a
couple of months now and posted a couple of times for help, but it doesn't
look like anyone knows what to do with these things. One person mentioned
something about stationary, but did not elaborate so I have no idea what she
was referring to.

Anyway, maybe this response will help "bump" your post to the top of the
list and get a reply from someone.

I have a client that is having the same issues... Did you ever fix this?

No. I have not heard of any solutions for this problem. I am beginning to
believe that it is a problem that MS cannot figure out either. I keep
checking these posts every week for any clues, but have not found anything.

Hola, Sussed it!

Its MS Word.

In MS Word go to Tools then Options, then click "email options" button.
Choose the offending signature and select all text / images etc. Change the
font to one single font through out and hey presto. Hope thats what you
wanted to hear.
