FP Includes can only be inserted within the body section of a page, and then only the content in the
page that is between it's body tags will be included in other pages. Pages to be included via the FP
Include component, must contain a complete set of the basic HTML tags, i.e.,
<html>
<head></head>
<body>content to be included in other pages</body>
</html>
