He have a website enquiry form that then sends an email to out 2003 exchange
server

we use xp pro with outlook 2003, he have a rule setup that matches the
subject line so it sends all enquiries to a specified folder

all the website enquiries are now going into the junk mail folder, but this
was working fine

what have I missed

In your junk email folder, did you right click on the message and
select Junk e-mail/Add sender to safe sender list from the pop up
menu?
