I am a web developer and I am having problems with how my email forms are being received.
The form sends a copy to the sender and formatting is how it should be. The recipient
email loses all its' line break formatting.
If I view this same email via webmail the formatting is retained as I can only assume it
is an Outlook setting doing this.
Good:

contacting you within 24 hours.
