Problems with email formatting

I am a web developer and I am having problems with how my email forms are being received.

The form sends a copy to the sender and formatting is how it should be. The recipient
email loses all its' line break formatting.

If I view this same email via webmail the formatting is retained as I can only assume it
is an Outlook setting doing this.

Good:

Dear ,

Thank you for your enquiry. We have included a copy for your records. We will be
contacting you within 24 hours.

I have worked it out. Two domain email addresses I have make this occur. I have used other
addresses and all formatting has been retained so it has to be server end.
