AutoResponse to emails

Hi,

Currently from our website we recieve requests for various things. I have
been asked to set up an automatic response so when we recieve an email
through the website (Which for argument sake is going to
(e-mail address removed)) they get a response from us saying "Thanks for your
enquiry, etc....".

Only problem is that the mailbox that is recieving the emails never gets
logged on, people access the mailbox without logging on so i cannot setup a
client side rule as this would never run

Anyone got any ideas on how i could achieve this auto response without
having the user logged on?

Create a profile that logs directly onto that mailbox, then create a rule with the "have server reply" action.
