Web Site Cookie Handling: Ability to Export/Import Blocked Sites...

Would anybody be able to suggest a way to do this?

Internet Explorer 6 provides a way to block cookies from specific websites.
It's found on the Privacy tab of the Internet Properties.

I would like to be able to export (save) my list of blocked sites such that
I can reimport it if I ever have to reinstall my operating system.

I cannot think of a way to do it directly in IE as it just blocks the
cookies, I do not think it puts them in a temp. folder, but with almost any
Spyware program, you could do it.
