can I export "allowed sites"?

In WinXP Pro, in "Internet Options, Privacy, Advanced..." I have overrode
automatic cookie handling and have first and third party cookies blocked
(with session cookies always allowed). To allow cookies for sites I trust, I
have created a long list of allowed domains in the "Sites..." dialog (or
"Edit..." in SP1). I would like to export this list to a different PC. Is
there any way to track down where this list is stored in the current system,
and just copy/paste it to the new system?

The list is present in one of these two registry locations:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\P3P\History
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\P3P\History
