Web Page Not Found

I can not access a website. The site is www.uscellular.com. I get the "page
not found" page. I try one of the suggestions www.uscc.com. That does not
work. I have changed my IE6 setting back to default. I have check all
blocking list and such. Nothing in them. Security is set to medium. I have
tried setting it lower. No help. I have tried the MSN browser. The weird
thing is that I am on a home network and all the other computers can access
the site.
I am running WindowsXP Pro, cable internet through a router and IE6.
Any suggestions?
