Cannot access FQDN

I am trying to get on site www.uscellular.com, 67.96.182.12. If I use the
FQDN I get the "page cannot be displayed". If I input the IP address I get
to the page. I have found KB #241344 article but this is not for IE 6 nor
WindowsXP.
I am running WindowsXP Pro, IE 6.0, on a home network with a router and
cable internet. The other 3 computers on the network can access the
USCellular site using the FQDN. I do have MSN9 browser installed and it also
only shows the page if I input the IP address for this site.
I have all internet options set to default with not sites restricted. This
site is the only one I have noticed this problem. I can ping the IP address
with results but not the FQDN.
