Weather - anyone able to add a dynamic update of Weather info in F

tFP2003 - I'm trying to add a table tha includes dynamically-updated weather
data for a specific Zip code (or city). What I mean is a link of some sort
that automatically gets a feed of the current conditions from another site -
which are many. Of course the information only will get updated when the user
refreshes my page.

Does anyone have something that works that they can share?
