warning windows keep popping up..help!

everytime I go into internet explorer and go on any web site,virtually
straight away I get a window popping up saying my security and antivirus
protection is no good.I also get windows popping up advising about debt
solutions.I've trying putting the addresses in my ad blocker,pop up blocker
and scanned for viruses and spyware but to no avail.I dont know what to do
now so any help would be appreciated.

Your PC is infected, do an on line scan at Trend Micro
Download update and run both SpyBot & Adaware
Having first turned off system restore until you are sure your PC is clean
