Unwanted Help windows keep popping up

Help. It seems that whatever program I am using whether it is Internet Explorer, netscape, winMX, etc...the help windows keep popping up no matter what i do. I have to keep closing them, as the windows are rather obtrusive. Is there something i can do. thank you.

you need to disable the messenger service on your pc. This isn't related to windows messenger chat...

go to control panel -> administrative tools -> services

find messenger - > right click and go to properties

* stop it , then set it to disable . apply and exit

I have _exactly_ the same problem and disabling the messenger service
wouldn't solve it.
Please help me get rid of these unwanted help windows. If the original
sender of this problem has found a solution please contact me at this
