Try going into the Options for NAV and under the Auto-Protect menu, in the
"How to respond when a virus is found" section, select "Try to repair, then
quarantine if unsuccessful". Do the same for the Manual Scan menu.

I would then Disable System Restore (If you have Windows ME or XP) and then
perform a full system virus scan.

Have you deleted your TEMP folder and rebooted? If AVG has a boot scan on
boot up option, that may work.

It's under C:\Documents and Settings\<Mike's Account>\Local Settings\Temp\.
This TEMP is common to your account on the computer. It can be purged
without changing permissions (under Folder Properties). I sometimes get
Trojans in this temp folder. Since most people purge cookies and browser
history on browser shutdown or system shutdown, I find it's simplier to
purge the temp folder manually if a virus is found there. Besides, the TEMP
folder is just that a temporary location for files waiting to used. They
should be purged every time you shutdown or close the browser. Below is a
URL to CA with information on the virus:

A cleaning utility for this Worm can also be found at:
