W32/Backdoor.NPQ

I have a reported Virus known as W32/Backdoor.NPQ in
C:\WINDOWS\system32\setudapi.dll. I cannot delete, repair or quarantine it.
It is causing my virus protection program to send constant 'Alerts' and lag
my computer severly.

I tried to delete it in WINDOWS Explorer, but it cloned itself and reapeared
in the same folder. It has infected 50 files which hac to be deleted. I am
using Cox Security Suite, with firewall/

Hi,

See if there is a copy in the dllcache folder. If so, delete it from there
first. The file is part of the virus, not a system file.

There is not a copy of setudapi.dll in dllcache any other suggestions? What
exactly is a W32/Backdoor.NPQ and where can I find it?
