Go to: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic" and post a description of your symptoms. If they need to
see your log they will ask for it.

AdAware SE (free version) with its Addon VX2 Cleaner will
kill off VX2 for sure.

look2me runs off a dll called no.dll but shouldn't be
difficult to remove with either AdAware or Spybot S&D.
You can also run HijackThis.exe

http://www.tomcoyote.com/hjt/HijackThis.exe

SCAN your system and SAVE LOG and send the log to me and I
will tell you what to do next.

As of now, the VX2 Cleaner from AdAware can not handle the
VX2.Narrator/Look2Me variant. Recommending the add on is fruitless, Ron.
There is no one program that can remove it at this moment.
Check the forums at any reputable spyware/Hijack This forum.
Or, email me and I'll link you to several threads dealing with this.
