VS2005 Design support

I'm writting a wizard custom control by I cannot find the resources used in
VS2003 to fine-tune Design-Time experience. (I've missed things like
'RuntimeAssemblyAttribute', references, ...).

Can somebody point to me to some reference/tutorial for VS2005?
