VPN Connection Problem

Hi,

I am trying to connect to VPN, but I get the following
error after "verifying username and password":
Error 721: The remote computer is not responding.

In my Local Area Connection Properties, I see only

Client for Microsoft Networks
File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks
NetBEUI Protocol
Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)

Am I missing anything that I should be having inorder to
be able to connect to VPN?

Hi,

This error usually occurs when the IP protocol 47 (GRE) is blocked. Make
sure the routers are passing IP Protocol 47 (GRE) and TCP port 1723.
