VPN PPTP help

I can not seem to connect to my remote access VPN. I
keep getting error 721 at the verifying user name and
password status. Please help. i can ping the wan
interface, i have configured DNS/DHCP/WINS/and terminal
server in application mode. thank you

Hi Matt,

You should check to make sure a router is not blocking GRE traffic. For
PPTP to work you need TCP port 1723 and IP Protocol 47 (GRE) open.
Try making a VPN connection from the console of the VPN server - does it
work? If so GRE is blocked somewhere.
