Lost some machines in the Local Network???

Greetings,

One of networked workstations can only view some others not all of them... any extra protocol do i need to put on this machine?? I installed: (1). Client for Microsoft Networks (2). File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks (3). NetBEUI Protocol (4). TCP/IP and all set DNS and WINS using DC Internal IP address.... any suggestions?

P.S. I checked another computer's network settings, only Client for Microsoft Networks, File sharing and TCP/IP installed and it can view all our machines in the LAN...strange! Tks in advance!

Cheers,

Ken

This can happen when there more than one "Master Browser". See

and related.

Assuming all the cabling etc is OK.
