vista uninstallation issue

i did a dual boot between vista and xp. i decided to get rid of vista. i
disabled the vista bootloader using vistabootpro. the only issue is that it
did not get rid of it. it left it behind on the C drive in the dirrectory
'C:\boot'. its a hidden and a system folder. the only way to find it is
through the command prompt. i can not eem to get rid of the dirrectory or
any of the files in it. will someone please help me get rid of it, without
reimaging my pc. it seems to contain files like config.sys, autoexec.bat,
hightest.mem and a few other dos and 9x utilities. will someone please help
me to delete these files and the dirrectory.

from,
Steven

When you went to the ownership tab in the advanced section of security, did
you check the box to replace the owner on subcontainers as well?
